01 Pit Lane


Prepared for the implementation of all races to Formula 2. There will be full equipment, workshop facilities and all necessary connections.

02 CDTI

The only facility of its kind that allows training of thousands of people for whom it is essential, as well as opening up to commercial, individual drivers and thus promoting awareness among drivers.

03 Stands

By making appropriate use of the development, the skid plate or areas in the safe zones, we are able to provide grandstand seating for more than 3,000 live spectators during races. In addition, areas outside the track can serve as observation areas.

04 Gravel Traps

Safety is paramount and it is through preventive measures such as expanded gravel traps that we are able to meet the highest standards.

05 DEPO

The command center of the track, data analytics, the place where we manage, supervise and report in real time everything that happens on the track.

06 Lap

From technical sections and chicanes to the longest straight and high-speed test loop. A full cross-section reflecting everything that a driver encounters on the road or at other tracks or races.

07 Photovoltaics

We are betting on the platform of securing energy needs in-house with green solutions.

08 Workshop Sites

Fully equipped workbenches will be given away on the track so that no challenge will stand in the way of using our facility.

09 Karting

The skid plate is large enough that under its roof we will realize the most unique karting track in Poland. It will be the first place of its kind to host international races.

10 Sleep Plate

The largest of its kind in this part of Europe. Structurally built as a bridge. The slab is capable of performing skid simulations even for trucks. During races, on the other hand, it will turn into grandstands, and at events it can serve as the main stage.

11 Conference Center

Business and conference spaces will appear in the depo and ODTJ buildings so that the track can be not only a motor sports facility but a business center for the network of entrepreneurs and top-level companies.

12 Gastro Zone

An outdoor catering area during events will provide food for guests, while a top-notch restaurant will operate on a daily basis for our guests and visitors.

COMMERICAL

The land, the project and the building permit
are already in the company.

This is our biggest advantage. Work on the project, acquiring permits and developing the concept took more than 4 years. This guarantees a very thoroughly considered and refined solution.

For investors, the plot secures 100% of the investment in round one.

The second and final round is secured by a line of credit.

In addition, the company will leverage the investment with a grant for 100,000,000, which is 60% of the equity contribution.
